Founded by Kim Mobley, a technology trainer with more than 25 years in the field and a daily hands-on AI practitioner, Got Tech Solutions turns AI from something teams hear about into something that saves them time every week. What we do AI Services: AI consulting, readiness assessments, prompt development, and team training, plus custom AI assistants and automations that handle everyday work like intake summaries, document drafts, follow-up emails, and FAQ responses. Digital Infrastructure: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 setup, business email, cloud storage and file organization, online forms, scheduling systems, and workflow setup, so your AI tools have a solid foundation to run on. Website Management: Ongoing content updates, SEO, accessibility checks, forms, booking and payment integrations, and analytics review. We also design and redesign mobile-friendly websites. Digital Literacy and AI Training: Hands-on workshops and programs, including Digital Literacy for Workforce Entry™ and Digital Skills That Work™, that build real confidence with technology and AI.
